Our pricing aims to offer affordable solutions to everyone so anybody can launch their store online. An eShop with IT-Co and its Hosting Partner is cost-effective because by buying the ‘Register & Host Domain / eShop Design Service’ package you will benefit from top-tier security, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited categories/product listing, etc. So, this plan is perfect for new/small businesses or anyone who wishes to sell online (including from home). We can even integrate a Point-of-Sale system to the setup (so that you can login online to a cash register remotely with a computer) to sell at any POS location – the POS is linked to your eShop and adjusts your stock online automatically…
The Domain Name and eShop Hosting is inclusive for a period of 1 Year from the Order Date. Subsequently, the Customer will be required to pay for any ongoing subscription costs with our Partner such as the eShop’s Domain Name and its Hosting from the start of year 2 (we can assist with your IT requirements at our Standard Labour Charge Rate Per Hour x 1 or with an eShop Maintenance Agreement if you need us).
IT-Co will Register your Domain with our Partner Service provider– normally within the first 7 days of the Order Date (some Domain Extensions you can choose from are: .co.uk, .uk, .com, .net, .org, .info, .me, .biz, .online and more).
IT-Co will Host your Domain on our Hosting Providers Server and Install your Chosen WordPress Theme on the Fastest WordPress Platform with an Optimised High-Performance Database and Increased Processing Power.
IT-Co will then install the latest version of WooCommerce (the plugin that allows you to list your products (either digital or physical) and/or services (virtual) you wish to sell).
- Data will be stored on 100Gb of the latest SSD Storage Technology with the latest Version of WooCommerce to create your customised eShop. Having a fast WooCommerce eShop is important for making a sale. No matter how great your products are, customers will abandon pages that take too long to load. The managed WordPress eShop features fast SSD storage and an integrated caching plugin for faster loading and fewer abandoned carts.
- Hosting a WooCommerce site requires a server with a PHP memory limit of 256 MB or greater and a PHP version that’s higher than 7.2. The WooCommerce hosting package start at 768 MB and the servers feature PHP version 8.0 or higher.
Your eShop will have Integrated DDoS Protection and additional Security features enabled, which will keep your site safe from external attacks (your eShop will be set to automatically and regularly Scan for Malware and other Threats, and to Make Action Recommendations).
IT-Co will install a Wildcard SSL Certificate on your eShop, which will be provided by our Partner for Securing/Encrypting your Customers’ Transactions and Personal information. A Wildcard SSL certificate is simply a special type of SSL certificate, which can secure websites with multiple subdomains.
- SSL Certificates are what enable websites to move from HTTP to HTTPS, making SSL/TLS encryption possible, and in turn make your eShop a lot more secure. It is important for your eShop to run HTTPS so that Google recognises your website as being trustworthy. Otherwise search engines mark HTTP websites as “not secure”.
- SSL secures the browser connection between visitors and your website with up to 256-bit encryption. This means all transmitted data is protected from third parties attempting to access it and protect your customers against phishing (attempting to gain sensitive data from usernames). You want your visitors to feel confident that you are protecting the information they submit on your website.
- Site Seals are tiny images that let your website visitors know that your page is encrypted and safe. Users are more likely to trust websites with this proven and well-recognised symbol for online security.
- Google ranks websites with SSL higher compared to sites without security certification. Professionally validated sites can receive much higher rankings in search results!
IT-Co will integrate and setup up to 50 WordPress and/or Third-Party Plugins that your eStore may need (the cost of each is included in the price). At the very least you will need Security / Anti-Spam / SEO / Backup – but don’t worry we will take care of all these for you at no extra cost. Please Note: IT-Co has access to thousands of Plugins to add Features and Functionality to your eShop. We will endeavour to work with you as to what Features and Functionality you require but normally those Features and Functionality that are required will be selected from the wide choice of Plugins that IT-Co has access to.
IT-Co will Design and Develop your Home / Shop Page / Cart Page / Checkout Page / Contact Us / About Us / Product Page(s) up to a maximum of 25 pages (but you will be able to add an Unlimited Number of Pages, Products, Categories, and etc if you choose to add more once you have been shown by IT-Co on how to do this). IT-Co will provide 8 hours of one-to-one Training in Total (either over the phone or we can arrange to meet at an agreed location – this can be done anywhere if we have a laptop and access to the internet) to train you up on the use of the eShop’s Backend/Frontend.
IT-Co will set up the Taking of Automated Backups to the Cloud in Case of a Recovery Needed from Backup – This cost will is covered by IT-Co.
IT-Co will develop a Mobile Responsive Site Setup so your Website Looks Like an App on Mobile / Tablet Devices – for a professional look and easy mobile shopping.
You will have access to up to 10 email addresses included in the package (which can be accessed from our Partner’s Web Login Portal online and/ or be setup with Outlook). IT-Co will create these email addresses for you if required.
